Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AdjusterDash, including the website, web app, mobile app, SMS appointment tools, email intake, billing, support, and related services.
Effective date
June 2, 2026
Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, using AdjusterDash, accessing the website, installing a mobile app, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms. If you use AdjusterDash for a company, firm, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Who provides the service
AdjusterDash is operated by Vantix LLC. Questions can be sent to support@adjusterdash.com.
What AdjusterDash does
AdjusterDash provides claim workflow software for field claims professionals — including independent and staff adjusters, field inspectors — and IA firms. Features may include claim intake, scheduling, route planning, map views, appointment confirmation, SMS tools, report tracking, payment tracking, billing, and support.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Customer data
You retain ownership of claim, policyholder, route, report, payment, and other business data you enter into AdjusterDash. You grant Vantix LLC permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use that data as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate AdjusterDash.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload or process customer, policyholder, claim, and contact information in AdjusterDash.
SMS messaging terms
If you use SMS features, you agree to send messages only to recipients who have given appropriate consent and to comply with applicable laws, carrier rules, industry guidelines, and messaging provider policies. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Recipients may opt out by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP where supported.
Some mobile features may open your device's native messaging app so you can send ETA or appointment-related text messages from your own phone number. You are responsible for reviewing the message before sending, using the feature only for appropriate transactional claim communications, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable consent, timing, carrier, and legal requirements.
Vantix LLC may suspend or limit SMS functionality if we believe messaging activity violates these Terms, carrier requirements, law, or platform policies.
Mobile apps
If AdjusterDash is made available through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use of the mobile app may also be subject to that marketplace's rules. Marketplace terms are between you and the marketplace provider, not Vantix LLC, unless stated otherwise.
Billing, trials, and subscriptions
Some plans may include a free trial. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices, plan limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page or in the product and may change over time. Taxes may apply. Payments are handled by our payment processor.
Unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable once charged. If a subscription is unpaid, expired, canceled, or past due, access may be paused, limited, or terminated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse AdjusterDash. Prohibited activity includes:
- Using AdjusterDash for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, bypassing security, or interfering with the service.
- Using SMS, email, or intake tools for spam or messages without proper consent.
- Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or exploiting the service except as allowed by law or written permission.
- Submitting claim, policyholder, or contact data that you are not authorized to process.
Third-party services
AdjusterDash may connect to or rely on third-party services such as Google Maps, hosting providers, databases, SMS providers, email providers, payment processors, app stores, and analytics or diagnostics tools. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
No professional advice
AdjusterDash is workflow software. It does not provide legal, insurance coverage, estimating, engineering, accounting, tax, or claims-handling advice. You are responsible for professional judgment, compliance, claim decisions, policyholder communications, and final work product.
Service changes and availability
We may add, remove, or modify features over time. We aim to keep AdjusterDash reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Intellectual property
AdjusterDash, including its software, design, branding, workflows, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Vantix LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of AdjusterDash to you.
Termination
You may stop using AdjusterDash at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create risk for the service, or use the service in a way that may harm users, policyholders, carriers, service providers, or Vantix LLC.
Disclaimers
AdjusterDash is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantix LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantix LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services. Vantix LLC's total liability for claims relating to AdjusterDash will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration under the section below, the state and federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class-action waiver
Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to email support@adjusterdash.com a written description of the dispute and give us 60 days to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be settled this way.
Binding arbitration. Except for the carve-outs below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or AdjusterDash — whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (or, where the AAA determines they apply, its Consumer Arbitration Rules). The arbitration will be seated in Fort Bend County, Texas, and may proceed by document submission, telephone, or video where the rules allow. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action and jury-trial waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and Vantix LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Carve-outs. Either party may still (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to stop actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual-property rights or confidentiality obligations.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action-waiver section by emailing support@adjusterdash.com with your name and account email within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Severability. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be severed and decided in court rather than in arbitration; the rest of this section remains in effect. This section survives termination of your account or these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as AdjusterDash changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after updated Terms are posted or communicated means you accept the updated Terms.
