Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vantix LLC handles information for AdjusterDash, including the website, web app, mobile app, email intake, SMS appointment messages, billing, support, and related services.

Who we are
AdjusterDash is operated by Vantix LLC. You can reach us at support@adjusterdash.com.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate AdjusterDash and provide claims workflow tools. This may include:
- Account information, such as name, email address, role, company or firm details, login activity, and support requests.
- Sign-in information from Google, if you choose to sign in or create an account using "Continue with Google." In that case Google provides us your name, email address, and a unique Google account identifier so we can create and secure your account. We request only your basic profile and email (the "openid email profile" scopes); we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google data.
- Claim and route information added by you or your organization, including claim numbers, policyholder names, property addresses, phone numbers, emails, appointment windows, claim notes, route stops, report statuses, and payment tracking details.
- Messages and intake content, including structured assignment emails, inbound claim emails, SMS appointment confirmations, opt-in and opt-out records, and related delivery or status logs.
- Billing information handled through our payment processor, such as subscription status, plan, invoices, and payment events. We do not store full card numbers.
- Device and usage information, such as browser type, app version, IP address, pages viewed, feature usage, crash logs, diagnostics, cookies, and similar technical data.
- Location-related information you enter or derive from claim addresses, such as home base, deploy address, route stops, latitude/longitude, and map or drive-time results.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve AdjusterDash. This includes creating accounts, managing claims, parsing intake, geocoding addresses, building routes, sending appointment messages, tracking reports, processing billing, responding to support requests, preventing abuse, auditing activity, and meeting legal or platform requirements.
SMS and mobile messaging privacy
If you or your organization uses AdjusterDash to send SMS messages, those messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, claim workflow notices, or account-related updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported.
When a mobile feature opens your device's native SMS app, the message is sent by you through your mobile carrier and device messaging app, not by AdjusterDash's SMS provider. AdjusterDash may log that the ETA or messaging action was initiated for audit and troubleshooting, but the native message body is not sent through or stored by AdjusterDash.
We may share mobile messaging data with service providers only as needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, or document those messages, or as required by law. These service providers are not permitted to use SMS consent data for their own marketing.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect AdjusterDash and our users. Examples include:
- Service providers that host the app, database, logs, email, SMS, maps, analytics, billing, and support tools.
- Members of your own account or firm, according to roles and permissions in the product.
- Government, legal, or safety authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the service.
- A successor organization if AdjusterDash or Vantix LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
Third-party services
AdjusterDash may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, database providers, Google Maps, Google Sign-In (OAuth) for optional account login, email delivery providers, SMS providers, payment processors, an AI processing provider used to extract payment details from documents you forward to the Payment Inbox, app store platforms, and analytics or diagnostic tools. Their privacy practices may also apply when you use those services through AdjusterDash.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of trusted service providers ("subprocessors") to operate AdjusterDash. The current list:
- Vercel — web and app hosting and content delivery.
- Neon — managed PostgreSQL database hosting.
- Cloudflare — CDN, security, bot protection (Turnstile), file storage, and inbound email routing.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- Telnyx — SMS message delivery.
- Google — Maps Platform (geocoding, drive time, maps) and Google Sign-In for optional login.
- Anthropic — AI processing used solely to extract payment details from payment documents you forward to the Payment Inbox; contractually barred from training on your data.
- Email delivery provider — transactional and notification email.
- Mobile push provider — push notifications for the mobile app.
We may add or change subprocessors as the service evolves and will update this list when we do. To request our current subprocessor details or a data processing addendum (DPA), email support@adjusterdash.com.
Cookies and similar technologies
AdjusterDash uses a small number of essential cookies to operate the web app. We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. The cookies we do use are:
- ad_auth — signed authentication token issued at sign-in. Expires when you sign out or after up to 30 days of inactivity. Required to use the web app; without it you cannot stay signed in.
- ad_role, ad_name, ad_code — non-sensitive identity cookies used to render your name and adjuster code in the interface. Issued at sign-in and cleared at sign-out.
- Billing checkout cookies — set temporarily by Stripe (our payment processor) during checkout or when you open the billing portal. Governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
All of the above are strictly necessary for the service to function and are exempt from consent requirements under typical cookie laws. You can clear or block these cookies through your browser, but doing so will prevent you from signing in or completing billing actions. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide a way to opt out before those cookies are used.
Mobile app and app store disclosures
If AdjusterDash is offered through Apple App Store or Google Play, the app listing may include additional privacy labels or data safety disclosures. Those disclosures summarize certain data practices for the mobile app. This Privacy Policy is the broader policy for AdjusterDash as a service.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit history, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. You may request deletion of account information, but some records may be retained when needed for legal, security, billing, audit, or legitimate business purposes.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or cloud service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep AdjusterDash protected and to respond promptly to security issues.
Your choices
You can update account information in the product, unsubscribe from certain emails, reply STOP to supported SMS messages, request access or deletion by contacting us, and control cookies through your browser. Some requests may require identity verification or account-owner approval.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. This includes SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers, which are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; request access to or a copy of that information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share it, as stated above). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@adjusterdash.com; we may need to verify your identity or obtain account-owner approval before responding. Residents of other states with similar privacy laws may have comparable rights and can use the same contact.
Accessing, exporting, and deleting your data
You can request a copy (export) of your account and claim data, or request deletion of your account information, by emailing support@adjusterdash.com. Some records may be retained when needed for legal, security, billing, audit, or legitimate business purposes, as described in "Data retention." Requests may require identity verification or account-owner approval.
Children
AdjusterDash is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as AdjusterDash changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting an updated policy or sending notice through the service.
