- The email address on your AdjusterDash account.
- Whether you're using the web app or the mobile app (and your phone model, if mobile).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- A screenshot, if you have one.

- Email intake — connecting supported XactAnalysis and Symbility assignment emails so new claims appear automatically.
- Routing & appointments — building your daily route, drive times, and arrival windows.

For questions about SMS appointment or arrival-window messages, email support@adjusterdash.com.
Account access, export & deletion
You can request a copy (export) of your account and claim data, or request deletion of your account, at any time:
- In the mobile app: Profile → Delete account.
- By email: contact support@adjusterdash.com from your account email.
Some records may be retained when needed for legal, security, billing, or audit purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Requests may require identity verification or account-owner approval.
